Order food online and eat like a king

The Britain's love affair with takeaways is partly to be blamed on the economic growth and more money in our pockets. It's no secret that ordering a takeaway is not that cheap - in fact it's probably at least 4 times the cost of cooking a meal at home if not more. However we still love it. There's nothing best on a Saturday night than a hot meal delivered to our doorstep.

There isn't a town in UK where you won't find at least one or several food takeaway outlets on the High street. The usual suspects of Chinese and Indian food and of course pizza, kebabs, burgers, sushi, fried chicken and national dish fish and chips. They are all there and all available with just few clicks.

One thing that would be nice to have with every takeaway meal is a list of ingredients on the box or at least a guide of nutritional values. We doubt this will ever happen or that it will be 100% accurate, but still it would be welcomed by many health organizations as takeaways play huge part in UK's obesity problem.

So what's next for takeaways? They will continue their winning march. With new and ambitious players like Deliveroo and Uber food delivery, the competition is just firing up for our cash. No doubt it makes our lives easier, but aren't we forgetting how to cook?
